Our value-priced 20″ Wave 22-Flute blade — same fitment and flute pattern as our standard Wave blade, at a lower cost. Manufactured by Rajpal rather than Ingersoll, which is what lets us offer it at this price. Replacement for Great Plains 820-011C. 1 3/4″ round center hole, 6.5mm gauge.

This is our lower-cost 20″ Wave 22-Flute blade — same 22-flute wave pattern, same 1 3/4″ round center hole, same fit for Great Plains 820-011C as our standard Wave blade, at a lower price point. It’s manufactured by Rajpal rather than Ingersoll, which is what lets us price it where we do.

Like all our Wave blades, the flute wraps as it comes in from the outside edge instead of running straight, which makes it directional — it has to go on the machine the right way. At 22 flutes, it’s the lowest flute count in our 20″ blade lineup, which means it moves more dirt per pass and penetrates less than our 25- or 28-flute Soil Razor blades — the right call for normal to lighter soil, not hard or clay-heavy ground.

If you want the same fit and flute pattern from our standard Ingersoll supplier instead, see the full-price version below.

Field Notes

On a 20″ blade, start measuring once it’s been in the ground a season. When it wears down to about 18 1/2″, it’s time to replace.

In stock and ships fast from our Wisconsin warehouse — less time waiting on parts, more time in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between this blade and your other 20″ Wave 22-Flute blade?

Same fitment, same flute pattern, same center hole — this one is manufactured by Rajpal rather than Ingersoll, which is what lets us offer it at a lower price.

Is this blade a good fit for hard or clay-heavy soil?

Not the best fit. At 22 flutes, it’s the lowest flute count in our 20″ lineup, which means it moves more dirt per pass but penetrates less. For harder or clay-heavy ground, our 25-Flute Soil Razor runs more flutes and penetrates better.

Why is this blade directional?

The flute wraps as it comes in from the outside edge instead of running straight, so it has to be installed on the gang the correct way — unlike a straight-flute blade, which doesn’t care which way it faces.
