Hydraulic angle kit that widens a VT Kuhn Krause 8000 or 8005 unit’s angle range from the stock 1–5° to 1–8°. This kit doesn’t add hydraulics to a manual machine — it’s for machines that already have hydraulic actuation and need more range. Bolt-on, with about 2″ trimmed off existing welded brackets.
If your Kuhn Krause 8000 or 8005 unit already runs hydraulic angle actuation but tops out at 5°, this kit widens that range to a full 1–8°, matching what current machines ship with. More angle means a rougher pass: bigger chunks, deeper grooves, more residue buried for the winter. Less angle, down near the bottom of the range, is what you want heading into a smooth spring planting surface.
One thing this kit doesn’t do: it doesn’t add hydraulic actuation to a manual machine. It’s built to extend the range on a machine that’s already hydraulic.
